· Took over management of a financially troubled $11M program ($1.5M in the red); contained costs and increased revenues completing the project successfully ($500K in the black).
· Successfully directed satellite earth station construction on-site in Uzbekistan and Afghanistan overseeing two separate facilities under extreme weather conditions and short schedule. Coordinated host country subcontractors and negotiated all services.
